Lithuanian eurointegration experience spreads to Eastern Europe: transfer of Lithuanian experts’ experience and assistance in implementing reforms in Moldova and Ukraine 

The project is a continuation of activities, which started in 2007, after opening EISC branch offices in Ukraine (Lviv and Donetsk) and fund in Moldova. This year Lithuanian expertise will be shared with Moldova and Ukraine in several specific areas, in which Lithuanian experience can be most useful and will be accompanied by seminars and other forms of interactive exchange of knowledge and practice. In Moldova this will include drafting Moldovan European Policy Strategy and helping to implement the Moldovan Interior Ministry reform. In Ukraine themes will include implementation of judicial system, police and municipal reforms, strengthening civil society, ethnic and religious tolerance, NGO sector, protecting historical and cultural heritage, encouraging historical tourism and eurointegration themes. In addition to this, new TV material about EISC activities and Lithuania will be produced, translated into Ukrainian language and will be shown on Ukrainian regional TV stations.
